The European project TEMPUS, SPIRITUS i TOKES (TSiTOKES), funded by the CERV – Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values program of the European Union, will engage citizens and local communities over the next two years in a process of civic participation through the valorization of cultural and natural heritage. The project, coordinated by the organization Aurive and implemented in partnership with the Municipality of Lezhë (Albania), stems from a shared reflection: in recent decades, the development and transformation of territories have often obscured their deeper meaning, made up of memories, identities, and relationships. TEMPUS aims to bring this "inner topography" of places back to the center, restoring citizens to an active role in the dialogue on European priorities.
